Owens Cycles in and around Petersfield

East Street Cycles in Farnham - possibly the better of the lot

Beyond Bikes (I think) in Smithbrook Kilns

Or further south just north of Portsmouth are Velocity Cycles

There is also a newish shop in Alton - not 1st Gear - and have heard good reports from peeps.

Cycleworks - excellent bike store and very helpful staff. Don't work for them, but would definitely buy a bike from them.

They're a nice bunch at Owen's Cycles near Steep, Petersfield plus there are some decent rides from their door. They're my go-to shop.

like the staff in CycleWorks (spesh, marin) but they never seem to have what i want (brand wise). Owens do, are more MTB focused, and often give me bits and bobs even though i'm hardly a regular.
Anyone remember Sensible in Liss? they were the best...
Thumbs up for East Street also (Trek dealer). have bought a bike from them, good aftersales.

You could travel to Camberley, 15 minutes further on from Farnham, go to cycle store on park street. They have a new manager in there called rob, used to work for SRAM and raced for aus a while ago. Ace bunch in there!

+1 for East Street in Farnham. Very friendly and helpful bunch in there.
The new shop in Alton also seems friendly enough. Not put any business their way yet so can't comment on service.

Good service at reasonable price, not looking for a particular product to buy. : ) Think I'll use East Street and Cycleworks.

Camberley one sounds good, cheers for the recommendations.

+1 Cycleworks Haslemere

If you join a local cub eg VCGH then their discounted prices are pretty competitive IMO

Sensible Bike Company in Liss were a great bike shop, shame it all ended ๐Ÿ™ I remember borrowing their workshop to fit my Manitou 3s, so I could ride out frmo the door. They also did their own Sunday rideouts too. In fact I've not used a local bike shop since regularly really (online sales+mates)
Grace, I remember a John who worked there, about 5'10 - 6", skinny, v.short lightish hair?

Sorry OP, just remembering the good times ๐Ÿ™‚

OP - There are a number of us that ride out from Haslemere (Shottermill end) several nights a week and weekends. If you ever fancy popping along for a night ride or early sat morning ride, drop me line ๐Ÿ™‚ - Jonathan
