i have a lovely bike that i want to alter to 1 x but with drop bars.

is there a pair of hydro drop bar levers/brakes with no shifters ?   i have a durace bar end shifter i wanted to use.

or would i be better buying a grx brifter for the rear gears. and can i buy a grx brake set up with no front shifter ?

anyone done this ?

TRP Hylex will do the job nicely.

In GRX you can get a right hand 11 speed shifter and brake, and a left hand that’s just a brake…

https://bike.shimano.com/en-EU/product/component/grx-11-speed.html

ST-RX810-R paired with BL-RX810-L

or

ST-RX600-R paired with BL-RX600-L

Thought about removing the shift lever, it's easy on sram, but just left it in the end. Bit more annoying with Shimano I guess because the brake lever moves.

looks like some cheap stuff is the way to do this.

trp cable brake levers, avid bb7s and my durace shifter.

anything that mentions gravel is proper taking the pi55 price wise.
