is there any reason why you would glue a race onto the forks? im replacing the head set on an 09 Marin rocky ridge and the bloody thing is coved in super glue.

yep a have a new race to fit. going to try that super glue remover from B&Q. what do you think.

super glue remover = acetone (and will also remove any paint in the vicinity, send you high, and discolour powdercoat)
