hi just to inform anybody going to gisburn , on Sunday the 14th of february the hully gully section (roller coaster ) section of trail will be shut for repairs by the gisburn trail volunteers , it will remain closed thereafter for approximately 4 weeks to allow the new surface to settle and harden , please respect this closure and the hard work of the volunteers who are continuing to develop this excellent trail

There will be bbut if you continue past the entrance to the Gully a bit further on on the left you should see some singletrack which will pop you out by the ruined building.

As Terry said please keep off until it's officially reopenned again, the new surfacing needs to bed in properly or it won't work.
