What are we thinking - its seems to be a direct rip off of the giro.co.uk site

Second one looks suss to me, it's well constructed though from a brief viewing, but

social media links don't work

contact information is absent

Why would a reputable company ever buy such a rubbish domain name? Answer is never so yes it is going to be a scam
