So my Giant TCX SLR 1 came with what seemed to be a lovely carbon 15mm QR axle but...
...the 'clip washer' that prevents the QR skewer coming out of the carbon barrel has come loose and is rattling around inside. Which means when I try remove the thru axle, the skewer pulls out leaving the 15mm barrel behind!
The end caps seemed to be glued, so I cannot access the washer to put it back on the skewer!
Is there an easy way of fixing this or is buggered and should I be contacting the retailer?

I'd probably roll back in if this is new. Let them sort it.
(edit they really should have shown you how it worked of its a new thing too)
