Ok I’m looking at new bikes and the Trek Top Fuel is a contender (alongside the Spesh Evo 8) and there’s two options I’m interested in:
AXS XO
XTR
I’ve got XTR on my current MTB bike and DA Di2 on my road bike and for the road electronic wins hands down (for me) but I’ve no experience of AXS on an MTB.
Thoughts on this please and is AXS the way forward? (Both versions of the Top Fuel are similar money so not a consideration in this case)

I’m never going back to cables, AXS is brilliant.
I've had M9100 XTR for 5 years now and it's frankly incredible, wears exceptionally well, especially when you use the XTR chain and has been totally faultless.
Over many 1000s of KM haven't even had to play with the cable tension once! Optislik cable in place.
