It's Garmin specific and you'll need a serial to USB converter as well unless you have a pc with a serial port. You can get copies on Fleabay etc. Search for Etrex H cable.

That looks the same as mine, which takes a standard mini usb cable. Got my last one off ebay,

Yep, I've some cobbled connection with a serial converter - still using it though otherwise I might sell it 🙂

Aye it is, and you can get them cheapo on eBay, again mine has a bodge to USB extra bit.
I too have eTrex, not the fancy pants posh one(s).

No it's not. It's the thing Druidh so eloquently describes.

I have literally just binned one of these, now sitting in a bin bag in my back garden. As above it is serial so need a USB to serial adapter unless you have an old pc.

Yours for cost of p+p if you want?
