I'd like on road and off road mapping, plus performance gubbins for road bike

Does the mapping on the Enduro Bundle (1: 50,000 OS stuff) work on road, or is it too detailed to be useful? Or does it have bigger scale road maps included?

thanks

I've got the trail bundle (1:50k OS map)- use it on road and off road. The OS map is fine on road (the bundle I got also included the "standard" on-road mapping as well - I never use this and just use the OS map). If you're planning on using it on road and off road then the trail bundle should be ideal. Only had mine a couple of months but getting to the stage where I'm not sure how I managed without it previously.

I went for the Enduro bundle, the base map doesn't include some of the smaller lanes around my area so I actually find the OS map much better for road rides. When you zoom out on the OS map it seems to go to a less detailed road atlas type view anyway.

I think you'll end up disappointed if you don't get a bundle with the OS maps, like GregB I only ever use the OS mapping.

All the postcode lookup and turn by turn navigation works on the OS maps so to be honest I'm not sure why anyone would go for a non OS version unless they're on a tight budget, in which case they're probably not considering buying an 800 in the first place.

If you buy the mtb mapping seperate it will cost additional £200, if you buy the road mapping seperate its approx £80

Does it? That's cool!
