I having some trouble with my Garmin and wondered if anyone can offer any advice please?
When I switch it on it gets all the way to the loading maps screen, then the screen goes white and it switches itself off.
I've just updated the firmware via Garmin Express as it was out of date however it still does exactly the same thing 😕
It is fully charged btw.
Try taking the memory card out, then switching it on.

Mine does this fairly frequently. As CraigW says above master reset will cure it but unfortunately deletes all the rides and routes saved on the device (though not the stuff on the memory card).
