Where should I position the lower part of the outer plate for a 22-32 set up?
I have attached it at the moment in the correct position if there was a big ring but it looks rubbish!
Any pointers?

set it up the same way you would do for the big ring but in relation to the 32 ring

i think. come to think of it i have an actual slx special 2 ring shifter thing so it might not be the same when you have a normal one. who knows.

If you have a 4bar or rocker link full suspension don’t move the front meck down to far or it will hit your chain stays as the rear compresses.

It is a hardtail (PA) that I'm de-singlespeeding for a bit. They're an XT shifter, mech and chainset. I'll drop it down some more and see!
