Tuna and salad on a mixed seeder, Pepsi max and a bag of crisps.

Out for an Indian tonight though... Just what's needed after 3 weeks in Europe touring by motorcycle !

Microwave fish pie :\ dinner will be something from tesco, probably one of those "healthy choice" chicken & bacon sandwiches that actually contain more meat than the full fat ones.

As I had a large slice of chocolate cake in aid of Marie Curie at about 10:15 lunch isn't too appealing just now

Pasty and a mug of tea.

With a banana afterwards to offset the guilt.

Had a lunch out yesterday so today eating the M&S Mustard Chicken and Sizzling Fruit Salad I had bought already.

@lecht - a curry is/was always top of our list for first meal back after a holiday. These days it's usually supermarket as we find the quality better than the local restaurants and a whole lot cheaper. Chicken Jalfreizi plus the latest Jedi Video blog and whatever else I can find to watch online tonight, we know how to live !

Boss is buying a truckload of Domino's pizza for the office

Had a (well, 2) McDonalds breakfast this morning and having a chinese takeaway (also on work) for tea.

All is well in my world 🙂

There's a charity cake sale on here. Plus, it's a colleague's final day which means more cakes.

I am eschewing the usual sandwich for chewing cakes. Lots of cakes.

Burrito with pinto beans, rice, pork, and roasted salsa from Illegal Jacks in Edinburgh washed down with a coke (rather than a Brew Dog, damn work). Definitely a Friday lunch.

Just got back from a training ride, forced down some sickly-sweet recovery powder and really don't think I can stomach anything else. 🙁

Mackerel and green olives in EVOO and a few splashs chipotle sauce.

I want that scotch egg too, but I'm no longer hungry. Feeling pretty stuffed actually.

My stomach must have shrunk.

It's a flavouring, rather that a huge chicken, with 4 legs. And horns. As I thought as a child....
