Cobble together a set of 08 fox f29er rl lowers to a pair of 08 float rl120mm rl 26er uppers.

hang on you want to put two sets of lowers together? not sure u got that right? or you just want a v expensive sculpture

If the stantions are the same length, I don't see why not. mate did that with two 26" sets of fox's to get round the fubared stantions on one set.

a 120mm 26" upper assembly with a 29er lower will give a 90mm travel 29er fork. There will be more leverage on the crown as the fork will be a bit longer so they may flex a bit more than the 26" version. My reba teams were a smidge flexy, using a old revelation upper now and much stiffer.

I'm toying with a marzocchi/rockshox 29er hybrid monstrosity at the moment So i'm expecting a trip to A&E soon
