Got a new frame and its got a fair bit of swarf rattling around inside when I tip it over.

Is there anything I can do to alleviate this noise?

whats the frame material?

if steel, how about a waxoil spray in the weld vent holes - swarf might bind and stick to it/frame walls and shut it up a bit.

Fill the frame with concrete or some other setting material.

Otherwise, no, other than spending a lot of time shaking the frame and picking bits out with tweasers.

Reminds me of the time that some mates deliberately dropped a ball bearing into another mate's new frame - he's still got it in there 10 years later...

I suppose I could always audition as a 'modern' version of santa's sleigh as I tinkle down winter trails!
