OK I know I should MTFU etc but my 6 month old P7 frame now has a a couple scratches on the top tube. The scratches arent too deep so no chance of rust but is there any "magic" cream/potion I can use to mask the little ****ers? The frame is matt black which really seems to make the scratches stand out, especially if I look at them too much! Any advice please (apart from MTFU)

Matt black is easy to cover with spray from any decent paint shop just make a hole in a piece of card, hold it off the frame but over the scratch (about 1/2 inche away) and spray the black through it (from 3 or 4 inches away with a couple of quick light bursts. That'll give it a smooth edge.

Use a black permanent felt tip pen to fill in the marks

(or buy some nail varnish)

What, and put on some make-up, a short skirt, fishnet tights and go on the game?

That's a bit much, isn't it? Over a couple of scratches?

Sheesh, I know, Credit Crunch and all that, but to be forced into prostitution, because of a blemished frame, really, it's too much.
