Fill it with custard powder, its a newtonian solid, so smooth deflections from carving singletrack won't be affected. However, sharp twists will lock the powder particles and result in resisted deflection, resulting in a stiffer frame when needed, yet still keep the 'sprightly' characteristics much lauded in a woodsey singletrack scenario.

Nah this only works if the custard powder is wet. Which is the opposite of gussets, they are stiff unless they are wet.

Don't get wet confused with moist though, when it comes to custard powder such a mistake can be fatal.

There's a good chance it's not the frame, but the wheels you can feel flexing. I've experienced that more then once. Usually getting them properly retensionned helps a lot.

Failing that, I'd go for custard. 😉

Is it possible that it's a Chuck Norris flex. The problem isn't the frame flexing when riding. The frame itself is perfectly rigid, it's the rest of the universe which is, in fact, flexing.

well i,ve had a chat with my boss and me are going to gussett it first with 401 ss which is one up from cr4 hot roll pickled steel then it that dosnt work i might try some form of luquid epoxy
