I am getting a clunk when the fork extends back to original riding position. Or if you pull up on bars to start a manual etc it clunks, checked the headset is tight, do the forks need oil or is something else a miss?

I had some banging noises coming from a set I had, rang mojo and it turned out to be the spring hitting the inside wall of the slider. They sent me a heat shrink sleeve for it (great customer sevice, free of charge). Think it was more on compression so not saying thats your problem but it's a cheap and easy place to start.

Could be your top out spring - it has been known to break.
