Can I use 10w motorbike suspension fluid in the lowers, and 80w gearbox fluid to lube the stanchions? Halfords don't sell the proper stuff!
This is for a 2007 F32 rl 100.

I just use any old fork oil in the lowers, cos its just lubrication. And 3 in 1 from the pound shop wiped on the uppers before rides. never had a problem with wear, and super smooth.
