Hi,
My wife's bike has Fox forks with 15mm axle into SRAM hubs. Even with the axle screwed in to the max the lever is very loose and comes undone easily. There is also ~3mm of thread visible on the outside of the fork. I have similar fork,axle and hub on another bike with no issue.
Is this normal/OK?
