Six of us off to Troutbeck for long weekend next Friday any suggestions on epic singletrack? Anyone know if Nan Bield is clear yet?

Any recommendations on late drinking in Ambleside?

Cheers

If your staying in troutbeck Garburn pass, gatesgarth pass, nan bield pass then back over garburn would be a good one to

You could set off from troutbeck, go through the caravan park and go up the bridalway that joins onto the beginning of Garburn pass. It's a big day out though and best tackled in good(ish) weather. Takes me around six hours to complete.
As for late night drinking in Ambleside I've no idea, although if you did that route you'd all be tucked up in bed by 9 knackerd ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜€

epic singletrack? Keppel cove and then Sticks pass towards Glenridding comes to mind, and then a loop along the Ullswater lakeshore returning over Boredale hause.
