I have encountered what every fox shock owner will get one day..... A stuck down shock 🙁 Tonights ride was brought to an end halfway round the loop, It was only rebuilt last month and this is its 2nd outing are fox seals generally w***?

No i wouldn't say they were.
Had a stuck down shock on my 2 month old 2006 Wolf Ridge, took it to Mojo on route to Cwmcarn, fine after that for a year. My 2007 Wolf Ridge one was fine for a year and my current Orange 5 shock had been fine for over a year.
Just bad luck. You may be able to get it sorted under warranty though.
