Just got back from the FOD, rode Dowies, Motorcycle Trail and the Old Race Track (I think). All part of the Cannop Loop. I dont think I'll ever bother with the FODCA again, those others are so good. Passed dozens of other trails too, there's a lot of tasty looking stuff near Parkend.

Their are loads of trails their.Downhill runs behind pedalway plus the runs down from worcester lodge.then over to Dowies,also doctors johns/lawn mower but not much else over that way.Down their tomorrow get the Remedy fired up is it mostly dry?

Doctor Johns / Lawn Mower - easy to find?
Lawn Mover not to bad over the back of speech house way starts in Staple-edge wood opposite couple of houses.Doc johns not so easy behind the rising sun pub nr parkend.if you go from the pedalway centre to them the trails are not great to get to them.Best is worcester lodge/swallowvallets/dippies area then pass quarry over nags head to Ellwood which is where the Dowies is as you know.Trails are ok over the Pludds and wilderness area just not as RAD.
