Last year rode Afan /cwmcarn down south and earlier this year rode llandegla.
Next week a few of us are planning on camping 2-3 days but unsure on where to go ,stay.
Can anyone recommend some decent trails for a few days riding in wales...ideally with near by campsite or B&B

Elan Valley. Rhyader. Proper rides in proper hills with big skys.
pick a bit of the lon las cymru that interests you, sustrans route 8, goes from the top to the bottom. I'd probably go for the northern section. I'm cycling part of it from Llanidloes to cardiff starting thursday, can't wait.
