Does anyone else get this? I often wake up with a headache, and feel generally fluey, the morning after exercise. I assume I am doing something wrong in my recovery?
I try to ensure I drink enough fluids, but maybe I need to drink more.
It's probably dehydration. Drink more!
I do a bit.. Not really thought about it, thought I was just tired, but now you have mentioned it, sometimes I really dont feel very well...

Dehydration seems to be the general concensus then, lol. I'll try and drink more and see what happens.
What levels of fluid input for a 2 hour "energetic" if not flat out ride?
I am just using a water bottle, one of the big ones unsure of capacity, I usually just about finish it in 2 hours is that not enough?
