Thanks Houns - I hate it when Dr Who copies my topics back in time!

I did use the search function on 'antarctic' 'south pole' and 'snow' in my defence! ๐Ÿ˜€

Edit to add - and I didn't call the topic 'What tyres for south pole' either ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

I ran my fatbike in temps below -5C last year (in Scotland) with no problems. That would be with both a Shimano XT hub and an 11-speed Alfine.

750 miles in 36 to 38 days! Bloody 'eck, is he doing a 9-5 as well? (OK, it MAY be colder down there than in Nottingham).

Don't let Giant see this, it'll give them ideas.
