Thanks to everyone on the forum who helped me out with cheap bits- it's come together nicely, and she loves it.
Certainly turned some heads on Saturday!

Are the pedals meant to clash?
I should point out that's not a criticism but I've been through coordination hell with the girlfriends road bike!

It's a Giant Terrago before it got resprayed.
Yup, the pedals don't quite match ( look better in real life though) yes colour co-ordination can be a right pain, but once you're committed, there is no way back....
