We're planning on heading to Europe next summer, France, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia. Can anyone recommend a bike park that runs a good kid club for an 11 year old on a full sus enduro bike. There is one in Lenzierheide but its very expensive (surprise) at 350 CH for 3 days !

My local bike Park Does Kids stage in holidays.
It is called Duverbike, in Millau southern France.

We ride together - all 4. Ish.
From 8 years old elder mini-igm was riding red in Les Gets.
At 15 I could send him to get the drinks in at the bottom while I follow his little brother down.
Keeping up with kids gets tougher the older I get. My son is 10 and was in Les Gets and Vernier for the first time on his 24" hardtail the jammy sod. Did fine, blues and some reds.
Think a few days in kids club in a bike park would do him the world of good
Paganella in the Brenta Dolomiti, just north of Lago di Garda.
My mate Loris runs the kids activities in summer.
Lots of other activities other than biking available.
IMO one of the best parks. Pisses on the Austrian offerings.
