Is there any reason to buy the endura stealth over the Pace 3x3? I'm going for the pace, but the endura is tempting. For general winter riding. I don't care what colour it is.

Not really the same beast. Pace 3x3 is a thin minimal waterproof - Stealth is warmer (too warm most of the time), closer fit and has more pockets and pit zips. Both are v.good, stealth is better for winter temps. My Pace 3x3 is light enough for all year usage, so gets more use. In the current colder weather Stealth all the way

thanks amfell. The more I read about jackets the less I know! I can adjust it with layers underneath, so I think the pace is the one.

Very different jackets.
The Stealth is a taped seam softshell, so supposed to be waterproof but still quite breathable. As afmell said, a lot warmer than the Pace, which is a waterproof hardshell in eVent fabric, no insulation.
The Endura Venturi is closer in concept to the Pace 3x3.

thanks for the info... I just want something comfortable in this weather, but useable when the weather subsides and notg too hot. I've got a hardshell waterproof. and a proper mammut windstopper for when it's really cold. just can't figure out what to get in between, Endura convert 2?
