done two rides in mine.spent most of the time clipped in but the stitching that holds the elastic to the hole in the kevlar sole has already frayed and snapped! Very poor to say the least...
Mine are on their 2nd winter. I'd send them back, I think.
No 2nd winter a bit of wear and tear around the cleat but still functional
2nd winter for me also and still seem to be going strong. The zip gets a bit stuck sometimes but think that is the crap in it
I aim for 1 winter season out of a set, but I do walk / push / carry my bike a lot. Send them back I reckon.
I put a hole in my last week. Slipped on some ice and had a slow speed fall. The buckle on my shoe punched straight through the rubber. Darn.
You must have walked on them, as this is what destroys them.
I just get my MIL to repair them, she's handy with a needle/thread.
