Just wondering who buys embrocation here and what they think of it? Everyone juts buy it online-any particular issue def worth buying?
ta
It doesn't actually do very much other than locally irritate your skin and produce a transient feeling of warmth, but it feels good and a little bit 'pro'. Baby oil works better to let you slide if you come off tho.
...and how stupid do I feel now?
Ahem... No I don't buy it...
no no its an eh perfectly normal um reaction *cough*
Yes, ok I know, Mr didn't really read it properly here... 😆
There seems to be a lot about New England 'cross in it.
But not much else.
I've got a couple of issues; I've not felt the need to buy more.
Andy
hmmm not too encouraging-let me know if decide to punt a copy
out of interest is it the first 2 you have? get the impression they changed things in the third issue I think?
IIRC (at work ATM so can't check) it's 3&4 I've got - I shall have a look in the morning when I get home. The only things that stick in my mind were an in depth interview with Mo Bruno Roy, and an article in the same mag about how Seven built her 2x custom cross frames...
The other one may have had a thing about Indy Fabs but I can't be 100% off the top of my head.

crikey - if it makes you feel better, I thought that was what the thread was about too!
LOL I thought the same as you as well Crikey.
Wouldnt buy anything that was pretentiously named after ineffectual ball rubbing linament but hey ho...

you seem to know a fair bit about effective ball rubbing though...
Yep I thought it was about that too Crikey!
One you can wipe on your legs. The other you wipe on your a**e.
>you seem to know a fair bit about effective ball rubbing though... <
That comment was obviously a sore point for you - touche 😉
TBH you can get all you need from all the various sites. Just cobble together cyclocross.com/cowbell with Rapha blog and the team sites of your choice.
