Does anyone know if elevation data or a route profile is available for the NCN/Sustrans routes?
Been Googling for a kmz for Google Earth too but nothing out there I can find...

Boringly, I can't help with the Sustrans elevation things- the topographical data costs £100,0000,0000,000 or so for UK coverage, so we've never bought it. If anyone has MemoryMap, they can do elevations though....

Switch to 'OSMcycle' view and you have Sustrans routes. Plot the route and click 'Show elevation data' and bingo!
