I had been looking at getting this stem for £60, but when I did a Google search to see if I could could get it cheaper elsewhere, it popped up on the US site for £27, so I bought there and they have just sent it!

Why would it be more than double the price on the UK site?
...wait for the customs invoice! 🙂
eBay pricing is pretty random. Stuff is just priced at what the seller thinks it will sell at. Also some stuff goes up in price as stock goes down. Its better to keep the ad live than sell out. I have heard of sellers having the same item at different prices just because a higher price implies better quality. Might also just be fake 😈
So two items, apparently the same. Ok I'll give you that.
But...
Two different sellers.
Two different shipping/stock locations.
I'm not seeing why you're surprised at two different prices.
Dunno, but it's nice to see someone capable of using short links 🙂
Too good to be true pricing of bike parts from China? What could possibly go wrong.
On is 50% more knock off than the other?
Would you believe that milk is not the same price in Uzbekistan as it is in my local petrol station? Madness.
I assumed you at least meant the same seller with the price depending on which website you viewed, when I was going to say it's because of the eBay GSP. What you've actually just found is two people selling items for different prices. This is not remarkable in any way and I demand the time back that I've wasted on this thread.
