I need a rear hub/ rotor seal, part no HSOXXX00N1031S. The best deal I can find is at Swinnertons, costing £9:99- ouch! The part is £4:99, postage is £5:00. Any cheaper suggestions anyone?

DT Swiss stuff is imported by Madison, any LBS will get hold of it for you on their next Madison order, so you won't have to pay postage more than likely.
Got my star rachet bits next day from my lbs. Dt Swiss spares are sent out post free by Madison so you don't need to wait for the shop to make a full order.
Ambrose, check if its the same as the 440 as I have a split hub you can have, it'll have star ratchets, springs and even a home made tool to change the inner bearing!
