Just bought this 2nd hand the other day and got it all fitted to the bike, feels really nice to ride but left it in the shed overnight, went to get it out this morning and there's some oil on the floor (not loads, about 5-10ml maybe?) where its been dripping from that red rebound adjuster knob on the bottom of the right leg. Googling seems like it's a bit of a common problem, but I can't find any good guides for how to fix it, or what I should be looking for if I take the fork apart? From what I can tell it's either a crush washer or oil seal that needs replacing.. may just take it to the shop, how much should they be charging to sort this out?

Could try and send it back to the seller but that's hassle and it seems like a nice fork!

It is more than likely a crush washer, it's a five minute job mate. Pull out the red adjuster, undo the Allen key bolt and replace the washer .

Which one's the crush washer? Here's a pic of the rebound area bolt. The washer I've circled moves around a bit, should it all be tight? I don't feel like I should be doing it up any more as it feels quite tight on the allen key, don't want to risk stripping anything..

The crush washer sits against the bottom of the fork leg. I'd give the crush washer a go. Flip bike upside down, remove foot bolt, remove old crush washer, install new one, insert and tighten bolt.

The washer you've circled is fine.

Ok cheers sounds easy enough, just need to source a washer now! Anyone know what size the washer is? I'll have to look through the rock shox tech manuals I guess but if anyone knows that'd be handy ๐Ÿ™‚
