I joined the CTC via the Tidworth Freeride web page which entitles me to ride at Tidworth, a CTC run bike park.

Rogate and Aston Hill are also CTC run bike parks but their websites are unclear on whether just CTC membership entitles you to ride there or you need to join their respective clubs / buy a day pass.

There are historical postings (2 + years ago) on various websites stating that membership of one CTC bike parks allows you to ride the others.

Anyone know the current situation?

If you pay the full membership, which is round £70, then yes: It covers all of the CTC run parks. If it's the cheaper membership (£40 approx.) then no, it only covers the park you buy the membership for.

So full membership (i.e. not associate) is all that's required? You only get a CTC membership card not a specific bike park one?

That is my understanding. I asked the same question a few months back.

If you want confirmation, go on the Aston Hill or Rogate Facebook pages and ask. They will give you a definitive answer (I think it was the Aston Hill FB page I asked the same question on)
