Got myself a KS eten, (Not many 27.2 posts kicking about)
90% of the time its fine works drops nicely etc.
Then i'll go out for a ride and its like it wants a day off. Will not move for love nor money no matter what, I've stripped it and rebuilt it, still not moving then a couple of days later it will be fine again.
Has anyone else experienced similar?

My supernatural did similar along with a bit of sag.
I serviced the cartridge and it started working again and has been fine since.
The cartridge isn't supposed to be user serviceable but there are guides on the Web.
