i saw myself in a mirror today, helmetted and roadie capped, and yes, i looked like a mushroom head 🙁

I reckon to most people round here I look like a cyclist. I wouldn't wear one down the pub, but while riding a bike I doubt anyone bats an eyelid.

Do I look cool? No. But do I look stupid? No, too.

The only people who look cool in helmets would still look good wearing a Iggle Piggle costume.

No-one looks cool in a helmet, the same as no-one looks cool on a bike. The sooner you realise that, the sooner we can all get riding and have some fun.

I don't think they suit me, but I what i do know is that I will never look quite as daft as that guy from MBUK who looks like a chavvy worzel gummage.

I had to laugh... When we were at CYB ChrisL caught sight of himself in a mirror wearing a helmet and got all annoyed about the fact he looked like a mushroom. NEWSFLASH! We all look like bloody mushrooms! You'd need a really weirdly shaped head not to.

he he. Nice troll but really..... All cyclists look like complete idiots no matter what they wear. MTBers look ridiculous in their gear, roadies look ridiculous in their gear, BMXers look ridiculous, etc, etc.

I look like a complete helmet. I'm on my 3rd one now and they all just perch on top of my oddly shaped bonce and make me look a tit. I think I should invent a cool looking helmet- there's obviously a market for one.

Not cool, but cooler than I would with tubes up me nose & a bandage round me head.

I am reasonably satisfied that I look OK in mine actually. I'm not putting the matter to a vote, as my opinion on the question is the only one that really counts. 🙂

I've got a giro indicator and giro xen, the only difference is it can cost more to look a twunt than the cheaper one which also makes you look a twunt.

Costly twunt or cheap twunt, it's up to you.
