[Closed] DIY rear shock servicing? Is it doable?

Hey all, I have a rock shox monarch debonair which has cavitation and needs a full service. Cn it be done DIY or its about 250 for a full service?

Has anyone done this and nitrogen charged the shock from someone locally etc?

£250?! Where's charging that? Usually around the £100 mark for a shock service

Have a look at the service guides on SRAM website. You don't need to nitrogen charge them, you just need [url= https://www.amazon.co.uk/RockShox-Monarch-Valve-Adapter-Tool/dp/B00652V9HK ]this adaptor[/url] and a shock pump.
