Hello just bought some hayes el caminos s/h but wish to run larger discs so can i use
Shimano mounts with hayes calipes and bolts
Magura 180discs with the calipers

Different calipers require different pad contact are sizes, even if the rotor is the same diameter.
Assuming the rotors rotate without any issues, check to see how much of the pads is touching the rotors when brakes applied.
