Well taking the advice on board from my previous thread, I made some changes to the fork setup, had to reseat both tyres as noticed the beads were not seated properly, lowered the handlebar height by moving the spacers about and best all tackling the stuff with a bit more confidence.

End result cracking ride this evening riding the same bits as the compensator and it felt good, looking forward to the weekend now and riding some more trails.

The only issue left now is the contaminated front pads which left me with some quite special moments on the ride but ultimatlely mean't I didn't scrub so much speed so a benefit for a training ride.

Glad to hear you sorted it, just nearly finished mine, only waiting for the brakes which should be here tomorrow, hopefully, piccies to follow.

Look forward to seeing the bikes, great bikes, especially now I've set it up nicely.

Hopefully sort the pads tomorrow night
