My rear wheel on my cannondale f29er has loads of play. Seems the screws holding the rear hanger on are threaded. You can basically slide them out.
Do they slip through the actual fame and only thread into the other side of the hanger?
Or do they thread into the frame too?
Hoping they only thread into the actual hanger and a new one and bolts will fix it.

All the Cannondale I have it threads into the hanger only.
