Some one at AW should be OK, I know Craig at Trailjunkies (Streatley) is pretty good, if he hasn't frozen to death of course, he was pretty close the other night when I dropped in to see him!

try Chris at Mountain Trax in Barkham.

Just had a set of Hope Pro II with 819 UST built up and they seem well made.

Try this guy. Recommended by Reading CTC crowd and others. I think he's blind which is a good thing for wheel-building apparently!
