The Kickr Core seems dead, it's not powering on at all, no lights. I've had it for two and a half years, so i guess it's out of warranty.
Before I try to contact their helpline, is there anything obvious I should check?

Check the voltage coming out the power supply.

Check the socket
Change the fuse in the plug ?

As said, first off check there is power coming from the psu then go from there.
