[Closed] Dartmoor Blink integrated headset install... use of thin washers/ spacers? (pic)

Its a fully integrated hs going onto a Primal.
Comes with crown races for tapered and 1 1/8th. Tapered race already on fork so not in pic.

The spacers/ washers (4 off) are only about 0.5mm thick if that and have an internal ID of 1 1/8th.... are they simply stem spacers in the normal sense but just happen to be so thin as to be next to useless??

I must be missing something obvious here? lol

Any info appreciated guys.

Sorted,

Its to stop the outer donut shaped topcap (potentially) binding on the top of the headtube. If it does, the shims just raise it a little.:)
