Out in the Pyrenees. Not done much in the way of big road bike descents before. Front wheel juddering under braking once well into descent. Bike 2 month old Canyon Endurace CF. Brakes 105. Wheels Magic Askium One. Wheels totally true. Everything tight. Any ideas wise folk?

pad toe in, contaminated pads, contaminated rims, pads not spaced evenly from rim, pad material overheating and getting sticky.

Headset / stem tight enough?

edit. easy enough to check while standing. Lock up brake and rock bike back and forth to see if any play.

I'd look at the headset, but that's a new bike?

Are the pads hitting the rims right. Common for them to get knocked out of line if flying with a soft bike bag.
