[Closed] Cycle to work - sourcing specific bikes through independant shops

Our work has just announced that from September it will participating in the CtW through Cycle Scheme.

The only bike that I feel is lacking from my armoury is a cargo bike (I have an mtb, CX bike for winter racing, road race bike for summer racing and a fix for winter club runs). I think the Ute is probably the weapon that I need.

Cycle Scheme uses mainly independant shops and none of the shops around me (Manchester) are Kona stockists. Can an LBS source something like that if they aren't a stockist? Do I just have to ask nicely and promise Doughnuts? Will it take years to arrive?
