I am after a new GPS/ cycle computer one which allow me to navigate not just record my ride. Which is the best value one to look at?
I would maybe even like to use my HRM with it too. Any suggestions? I don't mind going 2nd hand.
Would the Garmin Edge Touring be a good option? I know it doesn't have the HRM function but it looks like it could do the job I want!
Any suggestions?

For best value, look at the Garmin Etrex 20 or 30, or Dakota 10 or 20. Add some free maps from OpenStreetMap, and they work nicely for navigation.
The Etrex 30 or Dakota 20 can work with a heart rate monitor.
The Dakota 10 is currently £80 at Amazon, which is a bit of a bargain.
