remind me please...
I vaguely remember reading somewhere that the freestroke setting is important when bleeding, but can't find link. I run brakes with the freestroke screw fully tight, in factory position.
I will be using Epic Solutions bleed kit when I need to do it, but this is more 'cos it's bugging me at the moment..

In the time it took you to type the question you could have looked up Shimano tech documents and got the right answer.

oldnick - thanks for link, lots of useful stuff, although I couldnt see any ref to the freestroke setting required when bleeding ! Maybe I missed it.
