My road bike creaks when I get out of the saddle.
I've narrowed it down to the front end because if I grab the front wheel between my knees and crank the bars, I can recreate the creak.
The bars and stem are Ali alloy and torqued evenly and to spec. Headset isn't loose.
The forks are Ali steerer/crown with bonded carbon legs (kinesis dc17).
How worried should I be?

Headset. How old is it? When was last time you checked the bearings?

Three or four years old. I had the headset apart about 6 months ago and it looked spotless then but was cleaned a d regreased anyway.
