Bought some Endura MT500 overshoes from CRC in December, used about 5 times and one of the zips broke. Posted them back to CRC with an explanation (they looked pretty tatty) on Saturday, new pair arrived this morning with a credit for the postage. Excellent service deserves a mention as well as poor service, I reckon.

Can't fault their delivery times either, ordered a pedal spanner Friday at 4 arrives 11 o clock Saturday morning!
